An Audrey Hepburn lookalike walked the streets of Mayfair to bring attention to the cinematic history of the office space at One Heddon Street.
The neo classical building became an electric cinema in the 1920s and used to house a Wurlitzer organ. Many West End and Disney premieres aired in the historic edifice, which has since been transformed into office space. Currently the five star business centre offers serviced and managed offices together with meeting rooms for businesses of different sizes.
The lookalike invited local businesses to view the property and become familiar with the standard of Mayfair offices in the locality.
Manager James Parris said “This kind of promotion is a bit of light-hearted summer fun for us. But it also makes a serious point about the quality of our facilities and the type of clients who appreciate and value our services. Many of our clients favour One Heddon Street because it is such a handsome building in a fantastic central location and in the heart of the Regent Street Food Quarter. They also tell us our rates are ‘surprisingly affordable’ for such a great location so this was also a key part of ‘Audrey’s chat up line!”
