Making waves in the serviced office market, one of the UK’s leading serviced office providers, BE Offices (BE), has recently announced their new division, BESpoke.

What is BESpoke?

Aimed at clients seeking an all-inclusive, one-stop service, the division offers a start to finish process. The BESpoke package includes sourcing suitable space; negotiating terms; designing, managing and implementing fit out; designing and installing a complete IT package and continuing to manage the property on behalf of the client for the entire length of their lease or licence period.

What’s more, the division will be run by industry Veteran Jonathan Weinbrenn. Previously a senior director at The Instant Group (formerly Instant Offices), Jonathan has years of experience within the business and with Londonoffices.

How Will the Service Operate?

BESpoke plans to lease properties directly from landlords using the BE covenant and later sub-lease to their clients. This enables them to source the most appropriate space for their clients with ease as well as ensuring they receive the best possible lease or licence agreement.

This form of sub-leasing also delivers BE a stronger sense of security, knowing they have a tenant lined up for an office space before it is bought. Any surplus space within a building will be converted into a BE serviced office.
