Boutique Office Space in Mayfair Sees Pre-Launch Success

Boutique Office Space in Mayfair

The official launch isn’t scheduled until later this month, but a new business centre in Mayfair is already set for 50% occupancy.

Just two weeks after announcing availability, half of the serviced office space within Landmark Plc’s Mayfair business centre is already taken or under offer, with several blue chip businesses lined up to move in.

The business centre is the first West End location for Landmark which has previously specialised in office space within London’s financial district. Just last month, the company revealed plans to launch a West End group to complement its city offering.

The early success of their newest business centre is confirmation that Landmark’s boutique office space approach is ideally suited to the Mayfair market, where businesses are looking to combine a prestigious address with a high-end designer interior. Landmark enables them to combine both with the convenience and flexibility of a serviced office environment.

Indeed, the success of Landmark’s latest offering is proof that even in traditional locations like Mayfair the serviced office model is popular among businesses. As Richard Gill, managing director of Landmark, comments: “The speed and enthusiasm with which businesses have embraced our latest centre are indicative of the level of demand for boutique offices in this location.”

As well as the designer office interior, tenants at their new Mayfair centre will also be able to enjoy a selection of original artworks from Landmark’s 400-piece collection. A choice of meeting rooms, breakout space, kitchen facilities and cycle racks give modern businesses everything they need to get on with running their business efficiently.

Among the new tenants will be Turkish Bank Halk Yatirim, which has chosen Landmark Mayfair as the base for its first UK office. Fund manager GCP Capital Partners and Joss Search, a specialist recruitment consultancy for the alternative investment sector have also signed up for space – a clear indication of the appeal which these offices hold for blue chip companies.
