Land Lease receive £150 million construction contract.
London office space to be developed by property solutions company Land Lease.
Property solutions providers Lend Lease have been awarded a £150 million construction contract by British Land plc.
Lend Lease are to develop 500,000 square feet of residential buildings, retail space and office space at Regents Place in the heart of London.
Regent’s Place is a sought after location for both retail and office space, its close proximity to international transport links, already thriving retail sector and many public spaces and tourist attractions give it an edge over other areas of London.

Regent’s Place is a 13 acre estate in the centre of the capital. Currently it consists of 6 office buildings that offer 1.2 million square feet of Grade A office space. The overall occupancy rate for the estate stands at 97 percent whilst ownership of the site is 100 percent.
Lend Lease was founded in Sydney during 1958 and have grown into one of the worlds largest fully integrated property solutions providers. The company mainly work within Australia, America, Asia and Europe delivering construction and project management solutions to a vast array of clients. Projects they have worked on include Media City in Manchester, the BPB Manufacturing Plant in Termoli and Lotte World in Moscow.
