Docklands Office Space Guide

Canary Wharf | Greenwich

More recently, the area has begun to shift focus towards a broader range of business types, particularly in more affordable areas such as Greenwich and the Isle of Dogs.

Popular with: Financial services still dominate this area although they are now typically much smaller in size, reflecting the changing focus of Canary Wharf.  A number of insurance companies can also be found here.

Property types available: Modern and contemporary office buildings, including many skyscrapers – particularly in Canary Wharf. Although the area is characterised by large buildings, serviced offices now make this area more accessible to smaller businesses.
