i2 Office further establish themselves in Central London by managing space in EC3.

Serviced office providers i2 Office have announced that they will be further expanding into the City of London with their latest office development.
This will be the company’s third business centre in the area, having already seeing successes at Aldersgate and Marylebone.
The latest development will see the company take control of 16,000 sq ft of office space at Gracechurch Street in London’s square mile, and will feature up to 50 workstations as well as executive lounge facilities.
i2 office are set to take control of the ground and first floors of the high profile building, which comprises of 122,042 sq ft of office and retail space altogether and its convenient location offers great transport links with Monument tube station less than a minute away and Bank, Cannon Street and Mansion House nearby.
CEO of i2 Office, Philip Grace said: “Gracechurch Street will be a welcome addition to our nationwide network and further strengthens our London City offer. We have seen high demand for our other centres in London, most recently with Aldersgate, filling up rapidly; we anticipate strong interest in Gracechurch Street.”
The new building is environmentally friendly and has a BREEAM rating, it boasts high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows which make for excellent natural light.
The agreement came about after negotiations with the buildings owners, Arab Investments LTD with offices set to be available to let from next month.

Their demonstrable track record and recent success at Aldersgate will I’m sure see high occupancy at 40 Gracechurch Street very quickly.
