Parks are a great place for a meeting as you can grab a coffee and enjoy the weather in the summer. It also provides a more laid back feel to the meeting and gives you an opportunity to get your company’s personality across. Hyde Park is one of the most famous outdoor locations in London. It features a picturesque meadow, lake and some stunning rose gardens. Most people also like to visit the Diana, Princess of Wales Memorial Fountain whilst in Hyde Park.
For a more alternative setting museums and art galleries are ideal. The British Museum is the most obvious choice and features an eclectic range of exhibits from all over the world including the famous Ancient Egypt collection. Entry is free, however some specialist exhibits may require tickets. After a stroll around the museum you could go to the café and get a coffee and some lunch. This allows you to get acquainted with your client and then gives you a more ideal location for business afterwards.
A similar idea would apply when visiting one of the many art galleries in London. The most famous of these being the Royal Academy of Arts, the Tate Modern and Tate Britain. All of these galleries can offer you a different atmosphere and range of exhibits. Entry is free to all of these locations and you can check online beforehand to choose which would best suit your client meeting.
