Media firm purchase new London office space.
London office space acquired by media company Zone.
Digital content company Zone have moved into new office space in Euston. The company have acquired 5,147 square feet of office space in ‘The Old Ticket Office Hall’ on Eversholt Street.
Insurance firm Aviva own the building which is located at 183 Eversholt Street and consists of 11,415 square feet of office space.
The media company are paying £29.50 per square foot on the ground floor of the building. 183 Eversholt Street was originally constructed during the Georgian era and was used as a railway ticketing office.
The Old Ticket Office Hall has retained most of its original features and designs. However, recently it has been refurbished to better suit the needs of a modern office. Offices in the Eversholt Street area are popular due to their close proximity to both Euston Station and Mornington Crescent Underground Station.
In other office space news financial information and analytcis provider CarryQuote have opened new office space in the heart of London.
The company are primarily based in Zug, Switzerland but this new move marks their second European office buy.
“We are excited to establish a CarryQuote presence in the UK, enabling us to better serve both our existing client base as well as new demand from within the UK,” commented Michael Stennicke, chief executive officer at CarryQuote.
CarryQuote’s new London office space will be the company’s fifth to be opened worldwide, with their other base offices being located in Zug, New York, Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
