Morgan Sindall has won a £30m project to develop over 100,000 sq ft of new office space on Chancery Lane.
The seven-floor business centre will stand on the site of current buildings, due to be demolished, at 40-45 Chancery Lane.

Work has begun to demolish the buildings on-site. Once complete, the new office buildings are expected to be open for business in September 2014.
