New media companies lease Kensington office space

Kensington office space leased by two new media companies.

Creative media firms Kream London and Closer Still Media sign new lease agreements on London office space.

Two new tenants have taken up office space in West Kensington. Both companies are from within the creative and business media sector.

The firms have leased space in the newly built Exhibition House offices that are in close proximity to Kensington Olympia Exhibition Centre. Closer Still Media have taken suites 17 and 22 in Exhibition House on a lease contract that spans 5 years. The company will be leasing an overall amount of 2,700 square feet for a price of £22.50 per square foot.

Kream London, the second firm, will take up 1,720 square feet in Suite 15 within the commercial property. The company have taken a shorter lease of 2 years on the workspace paying £24.12 per square foot of office space. Kream specialise in the production and distribution of advertising content. The creative media firm recently completed a commercial for Capital FM that featured The Black Eyed Peas, JLS, Tinie Tempah and Rihanna.

The Exhibition House commercial property is a four-storey office building located within a private courtyard of another three office properties. The offices were completed in 2007 and feature amenities such as its own comfort cooling system which effectively heats and cools the offices throughout the year.

Lanlord Caspro Management was represented by Frost Meadowcroft and Boston Gilmore during both deals.
