Ventia Launches New Office Space for Rent in London’s Midtown

John Street new space for rent in London

As serviced offices continue to increase in popularity, office provider Ventia has announced the launch of their new office space for rent in London within the heart of Midtown.

Their latest London centre is based in Clerkenwell, placing it within easy reach of the burgeoning e-tail scene in Holborn, the popular legal area around Chancery Lane, and the publishing stronghold of Farringdon.

The Grade II listed building offers more than 5,600 sq. ft. of office space for rent in London and is arranged across five floors. This gives businesses the chance to combine a key London location, an attractive heritage building and all the convenience of modern, serviced office space. It even features a large courtyard area and a roof terrace.

The business centre is Ventia’s twelfth new London centre in just three years. During that time, the company has rapidly expanded its portfolio of office space for rent in London to cater for the increasing demand for flexible office space from a wide range of businesses.

Earlier this month, the company announced the opening of a new centre in Fitzrovia; this followed on from the launch of a Soho-based facility at the end of 2012.

Speaking about Ventia’s latest space for rent in London, Dan Wheble, Director at Ventia, described it as; “A very unique product in the mid-town market. It provides both period and modern options and has huge characteristics which immediately give the ‘wow’ factor to prospective clients. It is a very exciting addition to our portfolio and provides an alternative to our Furnival Street site.

The new space for rent in London’s Clerkenwell will be available to move in from 1st July this year.
