CLS Holdings has announced intentions to undertake a full refurbishment of its offices in Fetter Lane, EC4.
The property, named Clifford’s Inn, will see a redevelopment of all four floors as well as an added extension. It is hoped that the end result will see nearly 37,000 square feet of Grade A office space along with a transformation of some offices into City flats.
If given the go-ahead by the City of London Corporation, the £9.1 million scheme will begin in spring 2013 with an aim to be completed by April 2014.
