		<description>Adding on to this I would say to check that all of your furniture fits into the new space. It is really easy to over estimate the amount of space it takes up as your used to it in a different space. I would say check out the location beforehand and record measurements. I had a problem with this before so we ended up storing some of our desks into a business storage unit. It worked out really well for us but planning in advance always works best.</description>

		<description>Sad to read this news, however with places cropping up on the outskirts of London just a stones through from the main city by tube, competing towns with fiber optic broadband (places like Cornwall) are able to compete to some extent with the City and as you rightly mention overseas are a major threat!
