A 1950s London office space in WC1 has achieved an excellent BREEAM rating – a UK measure of a building’s environmentally friendly facilities.
Charles Darwin House met the green standards after a refurbishment effort by office design specialist Morgan Lovell.
Toilet and sink facilities in the building have been adapted to use less water and car parking has been replaced with a covered bike rack area.
