LaSalle secures two new office space tenants at Farringdon Place

LaSalle Investment Management has confirmed it has secured two new leases at Farringdon Place, EC1.

Karma Communications and AMEC Plc have both agreed to lease office space in the City of London.

LaSalle Investment Management has made a strong start to the year by securing two new tenants for its office space development in Farringdon, EC1.

According to reports, the creative agency Karma Communications Group, whose clients include Nintendo and Coca Cola, and business consultancy firm AMEC Plc have both agreed to lease space at Farringdon Place. Between them the pair will lease more than 65,000 sq ft of newly refurbished office space in one of the City’s most prestigious locations. (more…)

Multi-million London office space property bought by LaSalle Investment Management

Real estate investment managers, LaSalle Investment Management, a subsidiary of Jones Lang LaSalle, recently announced the property purchase of 100 Middlesex Street, E1, in a deal costing approximately £26.5 million.

In a deal in conjunction with Generation Estates, LaSalle purchased the property from Blackstone on behalf of a pension fund client with a net initial yield of 5.5%. LaSalle were advised by Savills and Blackstone were advised by GM Real Estate.

Condor House sold to SEB Management by Evans Randall Group for £134.3 million

Condor House has been sold to SEB Asset Management for £134.3 million. The EC4 office space is located opposite St Paul’s Cathedral and was sold by real estate specialists Evans Randall Group.

The building contains 110,000 square foot of office space and was originally put on the market by Evan Randalls in January 2008 at the price of £115 million. They had hoped to make a 5.75 per cent yield. (more…)
