Data Collection

When you register on our site you will need to provide your name, telephone number, e-mail address, mailing address and contact information. We use your email address to send you our property details when you consent for us to do so. You have the right to unsubscribe to marketing at any time. If you choose to unsubscribe we will keep your name and email address on a suppression list so we don’t email you again by accident. We hold this data for 5 years. Keeping a suppression list is a legitimate activity for a business.

Monitoring of Telephone Calls and E-Mails

All Telephone calls (both inbound and outbound) and e-mail correspondence are recorded for training and monitoring purposes. Telephone call recordings are kept for 3 months and then deleted. By using such communication methods you are consenting to such activities taking place.
