Commercial property agency MERJS have been appointed the sole agent for two London office buildings. The company will be solely in charge of two recently refurbished offices in the prestigious London Whitehall location.
“I’m delighted to make this announcement, as these two Whitehall office spaces are of superlative quality and in a prestigious, sought-after location,” commented Colin Becker, Equity director at MERJS.
The offices consist of a total of 1728 square foot of office space that will be leased at around £35 per square foot.
“The office accommodation has been substantially refurbished to provide an excellent air-conditioned open plan space with kitchenette which benefits from excellent floor to ceiling height and perimeter trunking,” said Colin Becker.
MERJS specialise in property management and development. They also provide advice on portfolio management, investment and sales purchases and valuation. Previous clients include Amicus, ASDA Holdings and Ryder Management.
In other London office space news printing company St Ives have announced that they plan to move to new London office space.
The firm are looking to move out of their current offices at Lavington Street, Southwark. St Ives have stated that they will be selling the offices for £6.3 million and hope to be in their new offices by March 2011.
St Ives have stated that they will be moving into the One Tudor Street office development close to Blackfriars station, they will occupy an entire floor of the building.
