Professional recruitment industry body, the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) has taken office space in central London as part of further plans for expansion.
APSCo, who were originally founded in 1999 as the Association of Technical Staffing Companies (ATSCo) provide an invaluable service to the professional recruitment industry and seek to strengthen membership quantity. Members include small independent firms through to larger, publicly-recognised companies.
Moving in on the 27th August, APSCo have now taken residence in new premises on Bermondsey Street, also appointing Amar Sanghera as head of e-communication, to lead the creation of a new website in September.
Chief executive of APSCo, Ann Swain, says, “Our new office places us close to many of our members, and reflects our ongoing commitment to them.”
He added, “The London Bridge area is undergoing significant regeneration and offers high-quality office space at an affordable price.”
This move further strengthens confidence and market potential for the commercial properties available in London and should significantly bolster company growth.
Despite a lack of new properties planned for the capital, the further importance that has been placed upon the expansion and refurbishment of existing office space is sure to help a large number of companies that may have previously been dissuaded by astronomical rents.
