The Nursery Research and Planning Ltd., a research company specialising in communications has taken office space in central London.
The office that has been taken is National House, situated in W1 and is fully-fitted with wooden flooring, modern air conditioning and generous amounts of natural light.
The company will take 2,695 sq ft of office space on the first floor on a five year lease term.
The deal was advised by London commercial property MERJS, who have also recently been appointed as sole property agents for an office on the second floor of 11 Grosvenor Crescent, SW1.
Equity Director for MERJS, Colin Becker, said, “We’re delighted to announce the successful let of this Soho office space. There are many local amenities in close proximity, the ground floor of National House contains a large café run by a leading coffee chain and there are many vibrant pubs and restaurants nearby so The Nursery employees won’t have to go far to find good places to go after work.”
He added, “[Covent Garden] is popular with media companies and creative businesses who want to be right in the centre of one of London’s most vibrant communities, so I think The Nursery will feel right at home.”
