CEO Philip Grace said that the company is “particularly delighted” to open these attractive Grade A serviced offices in Mayfair, describing them as a “spectacular” addition to their London portfolio.

The company’s expansion is partly fuelled by equity finance which was raised in 2010, from mixed sources including private investors, property support services company OCS, and financial services business The Hampden Group PLC.
