Soho office space on Beak Street let to media company Bare Films by MERJS

Soho office space has been let to Bare Films media company by property management and chartered surveying practice MERJS.

The whole of the lower ground floor at 40 Beak Street will be occupied.Colin Becker, Equity Director for MERJS said: “The lower ground floor office accommodation benefits from comfort cooling, kitchen and WC facilities and also the use of a courtyard space which can be very useful in central London”.
