Shivani Hayer has been a Central London Account Manager at London Offices for the past year, following on from her career at London Executive Offices. Her current role is centred on taking the stress out of office hunting for her clients; endeavouring to match the best possible office options with the requirements of her varying clients and their business.

Through her year of experience, Shivani has seen an interesting change in the business of office-brokering. Possibly through the enthusiasm and knowledge of consultants like her, office occupants of today believe that a work space’s design and layout are important parts of reflecting their company’s brand, as well as being the centre of the team building environment. Her key piece of advice for those searching for an office would be to assign one member of your team to the search and find yourself a personal, long term broker to guide you through the confusing market.

Shivani is a London expert with Mayfair holding a special place in her heart. She says the buzz of Berkeley Square in the sun with beautiful period style buildings on each corner is certainly hard to match!

Shivani’s Favourite Buildings

Appreciating style both classic and contemporary, Shivani’s favourite London buildings she admires for either their impressive modern fit-outs or for their classic Victorian attraction. Heron Tower, with a 5* hotel standard reception, access to roof top bars, restaurants and terraces, along with panoramic skyline views, appeal to Shivani’s London roots with fantasies of after work drinks and a view to kill. On the other hand, characteristics such as the high ceilings of 32 Curzon St. provide her with ambiences of elegant professionalism in its highest form.
