The Prince’s Trust Finds New London Offices

The Prince’s Trust is set to move its office across London, from Regent’s Park to Eldon Street in the City.

British Land is handling the relocation of the charity to 32,000 square feet of fully refurbished offices in Broadgate House, which includes retail outlets to be used for exhibitions. The building is expected to be ready for occupation later this year.

“We are delighted that The Prince’s Trust has chosen to relocate to Broadgate House,” says Tim Roberts of British Land. “The property has satisfied their requirement well and will be significantly improved over the next six months.

“The Trust is involved in very impressive work to inspire positive change in young people and it is a privilege to have them located within one of our City buildings.”

“The Prince’s Trust has grown over the last few years as we respond to the increasing number of young people who need our help,” says Prince’s Trust CEO, Martina Milburn.

“Broadgate House provides ideal facilities for our HQ and our London office, which supports young people in and around the capital. We also hope to use the retail units to showcase the achievements of some of the young people we have helped.”
