Major publishing company, Emap, has established new office space on Silicon Roundabout in London as a result of its parent company’s break up.

Top Right has separated into three divisions, including magazine publishing operations, Emap. The company will be based in Telephone House on Paul Street by December 2012.

Sharing space with the magazine company will be Coast and Epsilon. Meanwhile, sister company 4C will relocate to Regent Street to share space at AirW1 with O2 Digital. Third company i2i has not yet declared a location, but is expected to reveal all in August.

“New buildings will enable 4C Group, Emap and i2i Events, to further develop their individual business identities, working practices and cultures,” says, Duncan Painter, Top Right CEO.

“We see these moves as important developments for Top Right Group and our standalone operating companies and are integral to our growth agenda.”
