Tower 42 in London Gets New Lights

Tower 42 is a landmark building in the City of London which has recently undergone major renovation work on floor number 12.

This level has had “Savio remote-phosphor LED light fittings and advanced Light Master Modular lighting controls from Philips Lighting”. This should make a real impact and improve the overall feel of the building.

The floor of office space is considered to be the only one in the UK to use all solid-state lighting. Philips have argued that the new light fitting should help the building to achieve “significant energy saving of around 40% compared to a conventional T5 fluorescent installation.”

The company worked closely with the owners of the building and also the agents who represent the owners BNP Paribas Real Estate.
