Ventia Completes 2013 with City of London Office Launch

2013 might be drawing to a close but serviced office provider Ventia has no plans to slow down just yet. The company is completing the year with the launch of its thirteenth Central London business centre – a new City of London office.

Based at the heart of the City of London in EC4, the latest office is the third to be launched by Ventia in 2013 and follows on from a new West End business centre in Noho and new Midtown offices in Clerkenwell.

The newly launched City of London office will see Ventia bring its boutique serviced office space approach to EC4.

Falling within a City conservation area, the new business centre is housed within two Grade II-listed Georgian buildings which still retain many of their original features inside. Ventia’s designers have worked with these features to create a welcoming business environment which includes fully furnished offices, meeting room and boardroom space.

Describing the City of London as “an exciting area to be”, Director Dan Wheble says that the latest addition to the Ventia portfolio “follows suit in Ventia’s desire to find and restore period buildings into serviced office space. It provides a great mix of character with new facilities and stylish interiors. This latest addition to our ever-expanding portfolio offers something very different to a prospective client.

The City of London office launch follows hot on the heels of Ventia’s end of year statement which revealed that the company achieved a turnover of £4,256,290 and a net profit of £793,617.

After bucking the economic trend and reporting solid profits, the company looks set to continue the expansion of its Central London office network in 2014, making the most of an increasing demand for flexible office space across the capital.
