MERJS lease out warehouse conversion to clothing company Zannier.
Groupe Zannier has leased the entire 5th floor of 10 Leake Street. The Leake Street offices were originally a warehouse but have been converted into quality working spaces. Commercial property agents MERJS leased the office space to Zannier as it is the sole property agent for 10 Leake Street. The offices consist of 3,812 square feet of space.
“The fifth floor office accommodation in the Leake Street warehouse conversion is a fantastic office space, and I am delighted to announce its successful let. It was an excellent addition to our commercial property portfolio as the conversion is of an excellent standard,” commented Colin Becker, equity director for MERJS.
The property has many unique features thanks to it being a warehouse conversion. These include a great deal of floor space and lighting options. Previous designs also add an unusual twist to the overall look of the commercial property.
“The office space benefits from exposed brickwork and original feature wrought iron doors. Having previously been a warehouse it has a high floor to ceiling height and wonderful natural light, making it feel very spacious,” said Mr Becker.
The offices are located close to transport links including the Waterloo underground station that offers links all around the capital.
