APM have been buying up property with the aim of bridging the gap between long term conventional leases and serviced office space on the UK commercial office space market.
“There’s a vacuum in the market that’s been created by a mis-match between supply and what potential occupiers actually need. As a result we are actively helping businesses that are seeking commercial property accommodation for one to five years and between 20-100 people,” commented Mr Douglas.
The new offices also benefit from being close to utilities such as shops, restaurants and bars as well as being just a short stroll away from Ealing Common.
