On average a nurse will take around 8,648 steps a day compared to the 4,327 that the average office worker will take. To improve this why not take a walk to the nearest park or town during your lunch break? When working in London there is always plenty to explore, even in the local area. This is a fantastic solution in the summer that will also allow you to clear your mind during your break.

If you drive into work consider whether it is viable for you to walk or cycle. This will not only benefit your health but it will also reduce your carbon emissions and save you a lot of money. With no need to pay for fuel you will have extra cash for nights out or that special something that you’ve had your eye on. Improve your Diet
Lastly improve your diet. Junk food such as burgers and chips may seem alright when you’re eating them but imagine the amount of calories that don’t get burnt off whilst you sit at your desk when working in London.
