London media agency Mindshare have bought up new West End office space.
Media agency Mindshare have taken up new office space in the West End of London.
The company have become the first commercial tenants of the new office development Central Saint Giles.
The development will span 500,000 square feet and contain commercial office space, flats, restaurants and cafes. 400,000 of this will be specifically be developed into office space. Architect Renzo Piano aimed to create office space in which workers could be happy; he achieved this through the implementation of unique characteristics such as winter gardens on the office floors and a courtyard lined with cafes and restaurants.
The building is also renowned for colourful design which has divided critics since its inception.
Mindshare have signed a lease agreement to occupy 78,000 square feet of office space on the seventh and eigth floors of the West End office development.
The contracts were overseen and finalised by Legal & General Property and the Mitshubishi Estate Company this week.
“Central Saint Giles is one of London’s great buildings and we are delighted Mindshare has chosen the building for its headquarters,” commented Masami Amano, the UK managing director at the Mitsubishi Estate Company.
Mindshare provide clients with services such as strategic media planning, negotiation and execution, research and insights, brand-driven creative campaigns and digital solutions. The company have worked with a diverse range of clients including IBM, Nike, Dyson and American Express.
