Finding an office:
Keep one contact – this allows me to streamline your office search, taking the stress away from you. I will cover the whole market and negotiate with providers, getting you the right office for the best price.
Communicate – keep in touch and work with me as closely as possible. Be honest about viewings, explaining what you did/didn’t like, this will enable me to narrow the search and find you the perfect office sooner.
Consider all options – be open to suggestions and take a chance on viewing them. You may be surprised to discover that co-working or hot-desking options could work for you. Also consider the importance of location. Some amazing options and rates may be just a tube stop away.
