Finding an office:
Use a broker that knows their market – I if suggest an office based on my product knowledge I will also always offer a reason for suggesting it.
Be honest – The more honest your comments and feedback, the better able I am to tailor the search to meet your needs. The stronger the communication between us, the more value I will be able to add to your search.
Show your interest – often, office rent prices and layouts can be negotiated. Showing how enamoured you are with a space may encourage a provider to be more flexible towards you. Providers are proud of their offices and will put energy in to showing you around; displaying some interest back would certainly be appreciated.
