Lauren is experienced in finding the ideal office solution for a variety of businesses with differing requirements. She is well informed about the London office market and takes a customer focused approach to work; this enables her to find the perfect space time after time.
Finding an office:
Look at all the factors – proximity to transport links, level of fit out, how the space may represent your business. Don’t always worry about price; it is my job to negotiate the best deal whilst considering all possible factors.
Take on advice – I know the market well and work in the industry day to day, if I present you with a wildcard there’ll always be a strong reason behind it!
Take advantage of my experience – finding the right home for your business is a time consuming and sometimes stressful experience; utilise my knowledge and industry contacts to remove the stress and streamline the process.
