New office space in Hammersmith Grove is now at 75% occupancy following office provider WeWork’s 52,837 sq. ft. lease agreement.
Making this their 23rd UK business centre, WeWork will be occupying around 30% of the 170,000 sq. ft. building at 12 Hammersmith Grove. Joining Hollywood agency CAA, Perform Media Services and Medidata Solutions, the company will be the scheme’s largest tenant.
Aberdeen Standard Investment and U+I Group are the people behind the development. Their intention is to further attract ambitious young businesses to office space in Hammersmith.
