Targetspace to Launch Flagship Central London Office Space in Holborn

The Midtown serviced office market is to get a boost, thanks to the launch of a new Central London office space at the heart of Holborn.

Serviced office provider Targetspace has signed a ten-year lease on a building in Holborn, London. The company will occupy 19,000 sq ft of space across three floors of the building, completing a full refurbishment to transform it into a contemporary, 280-workstation Central London office space.

Holborn will be Targetspace’s fifth London-based business centre, complementing its existing offering in Canary Wharf, the City, the West End and North London. However, the company also has plans to make their new Holborn location a flagship for the brand, with the new fit-out demonstrating the quality of their serviced offices.

Key features will include well-equipped and refurbished meeting rooms, while the centre will also benefit from the latest technology and high-speed internet connectivity.  In a commitment to supporting UK businesses, the new Central London office space will also be furnished with British-made desks.

Speaking about the decision to launch their latest business centre in Holborn, Targetspace Managing Director Stephen Finnegan said: “We are extremely pleased to have signed on this fantastic building, in such a prime location – Lion Court is close to both the City and the West End and is well serviced by the London Underground, being only minutes’ walk to Holborn station which is ideal.”

Finnegan went on to describe their vision for the site, saying; “The three floors as well as the reception area will be fully refurbished to a very high standard to meet the expectation of serviced office clients in the area and we look forward to welcoming new occupiers to Lion Court in the very near future.”

Targetspace’s new Central London office space will be a welcome addition to the serviced office options currently available in Holborn. It is scheduled to open later this Spring.
